Sony Xperia J is now available for pre-order in India from online retailer Flipkart. It was announced in Augustat IFA 2012 in Berlin. The Xperia J has a 4.0-inch (854 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display with gorilla glass protection, 1 GHz Qualcomm MSM7227A processor and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), which is upgradable to Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean).
It has a 5MP auto focus camera with LED flash at the back and a VGA front-facing camera. It has 512MB RAM, 4GB of internal memory and 32GB of expandable memory with microSD. The connectivity features include, 3G (HSDPA Up to 7.2 Mbps; HSUPA Up to 5.76 Mbps), WiFi 802.11 b/g/n with DLNA, Bluetooth and aGPS. It has 1750 mAh battery.
The Sony Xperia J is now available for pre-order from Flipkart for Rs. 16490. It is expected to ship at the end of this month.
