Galaxy S III Mini is a device for those people who do not like a very huge phone lik the Samsung Galaxy S III, and if you are one of the users of the Mini and are looking to root your device, then look no further, you can finally root your phone using the following guide, thanks to the guys at XDA.

Download:
- Download the pre-rooted Galaxy SIII Mini firmware from here
- Download Odin3 from here
- Download Wipe image from here (Optional)
How to Root:
- Extract contents from the firmware you downloaded into an easily accessible folder, you will get a .tar file
- Open Odin3
- Switch off your phone and put it in download mode by pressing volume down + home + power button together and then press volume up
- Connect your device to the computer using a USB cable
- Wait for your device to get detected by Odin3
- Put the earlier .tar file you extracted in the PDA slot
- Click on Start
- Your device will be rooted once the process is finished
The Galaxy S III Mini does not have a recovery image as of now, so you will not be able to go to recovery and wipe or get out from bootloop easily, if you are experienceing any of these problems you can follow the following steps below to get out fo it:
- Download and extract the Wipe zip from above, you will get a .tar file
- Like before put your device in download mode and attach it to the computer with Odin3 on
- Once your device gets detected, chose the .tar which you extracted from the Wipe zip in the PDA slot in Odin
- Click on Start and when the process is done you will be out of any boot loop
