Foursquare for Android has been updated (v 2012.12.12) that brings new features including important stuff in places to explore such as ratings and phone number for new places, swipeable photos at the top of the venues, popular tips at the places you have visited. The venue ratings were available for the Foursquare app for iPhone last month, that shows scores on a scale of 1 to 10 for a place to show how popular it is.
New features in Foursquare for Android
- Better way to Explore new places with more details such as rating, address, hours, menu, and phone number
- Get popular tips for places you have visited already and leave a tip or rate the place easily
- Big Swipeable photos at the top of the venues
Download Foursquare for Android from the Google Play Store for free. Update for iPhone app would be available soon.
