HCL ME V1 Tablet Photo Gallery

HCL officially launched the ME V1, the company’s latest Android tablet in the ME series along with the ME U1 and ME Y3. Here we have a hands-on photos of the tablet. It went on sale in India last month, and features a 7-inch (800 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). It is powered by a 1 GHz cortex A8 CPU with GC430 GPU. This tablet has a SIM card slot that offers 2G data connectivity. It is also capable of making voice calls and sending text messages.

It has a 0.3MP (VGA) front-facing camera. It also has built-in proximity and gravity sensors. There is a ear piece grill at the top.

There is a large home button below the display.

At the back there is a 2MP camera with LED Flash along with a speaker grill. The tablet has a nice chrome back, even though it is made of plastic.

At the bottom you have a SIM card slot, micro SD card slot that would let you expand the memory up to 32GB. It pack 1GB DDR3 RAM, 4GB internal memory.

You can also connect a USB dongle for 3G support. Other connectivity features include, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 and mini HDMI.

There is a power button and a volume rocker on the right side. It packs a 3200 mAh battery.

It features a HCL ME App Store to access range of applications. The HCL ME V1 is priced at Rs. 7,999 and is available from retail stores including the official HCL online store in India.
