Samsung would unveil the Galaxy S4 at a the unpacked event on March 15th, according to a recent report from SamMobile. Some of the earlier reports suggested that the next Galaxy S smartphone would be unveiled in March, and would go on sale in April 2013. According this report, the S4 would go on sale first in Europe and Asia in April, followed by America, Australia and Africa in May.
Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S3 at the Unpacked event last May, and the Galaxy Note 2 was announced at the IFA 2012 last August. So we can expect them to launched the successor of the Galaxy S3 at a separate event after this month’s Mobile World Congress (MWC).
According to the earlier rumors, the Galaxy S4 would come with a 4.99-inch Super AMOLED Full HD Display, Exynos 5 Octa CPU with Mali-T658 GPU, Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean), 2GB of RAM, 13MP Camera, 2MP front-facing camera and wireless charging.
Still the venue for the Samsung Mobile Unpacked event remains a mystery. Hope Samsung would officially announce the event soon.
