Lava has launched E-Tab Connect, the company’s first tablet with 3G support and voice calling as they promised. It comes with a 7.0-inch (800 × 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM7227A ARM Cortex A5 processor and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). It has a 2MP rear camera, apart from the 0.3MP front-facing camera. It has a SIM card slot that offers 3G connectivity and voice calling support.
The company launched the E-Tab XTRON running Android 4.1 last month, which we reviewed recently. It also comes with several free goodies with the table from their partners Merit Nation (free Vedic math’s content and a discount of Rs 750), EduKart, BIGFLIX, Hungama (stream up to 6 movies worth Rs. 1,250 from Hungama.com website, for free), Uahoy, Diamond Comics and ReadWhere.
