Xolo launched the X1000, the company’s new Android smartphone yesterday. We brought you hands on impressions of the device after the launch, here we the benchmarks of the device. It is powered by a 2 GHz Intel Atom Z2480 processor with a 400 MHz PowerVR SGX540 GPU. The performance is not superior when compared with quad-core smartphones, but the device out performs the Xolo X900 and the Motorola Razr i.
Quadrant Benchmark
The Xolo X1000 tops the other devices in the Quadrant Benchmark.
AnTuTu Benchmark v2.9
The AnTuTu scores of the X1000 are similar to the Motorola Razr i, which uses the same processor, but the Micromax A116 tops this.
AnTuTu Benchmark v3.2.1
It scores 12494 points in the AnTuTu Benchmark v3.2.1 .
Linpack Single Thread
Linpack Multi-Thread
The device out performs other Android smartphones in both the Linpack single thread and multi-thread benchmarks.
NenaMark 2
The Nenamark scores were not impressive. The device has a 720p display, and the PowerVR SGX540 GPU (same as Xolo X900) is not as good as the PowerVR SGX544 in the Micromax A116 that also comes with a 720p display.
GLBenchmark 2.5 Egypt HD (1080p) (On screen)
It is similar even in the GLBench Egypt GPU benchmark. Since the X500 has a smaller screen and a powerful GPU it tops the chart. We couldn’t run all the benchmarks, but we will add them in this page eventually when we get hold of the device for the review.
