Sony Xperia E and the Xperia E dual (C1604) went on pre-order online last week, now online retailer Saholic has started selling the Xperia E dual in India. Both the Xperia E and the Xperia E dual were announced back in December 2012. It comes with a 3.5-inch (480 x 320 pixels) TFT capacitive touch screen display, Dual SIM support and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), which is Upgradable to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. It is powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM7227A processor.
It has a 3.2 megapixel camera with VGA video recording. Other features include, 3.5 mm audio jack, FM Radio with RDS, 512MB RAM, 4 GB internal memory (2.2 GB user memory), up to 32 GB expandable memory with microSD. The connectivity features include 3G (HSDPA 7.2 Mbps; HSUPA 5.76 Mbps), Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, WiFi b/g/n, DLNA, GPS / aGPS. It packs a 1530 mAh battery.
The Sony Xperia E dual is now available in India from Saholic for Rs. 10,990. Sony also offers a free Headphone (MDR-ZX100A) with the device worth Rs. 1,490.
