Google has updated the Gmail app for Android to version 4.3 that brings new features including option to reply, delete or archive emails directly from the notification drawer for devices running on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) and above. This update also brings new features including faster offline search for Android devices running on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and above. It also brings lot of improvements and bug fixes.
The Gmail v4.2.1 update for Android brought pinch-to-zoom feature for emails and swipe to archive or delete to quickly delete or archive a mail from you inbox or sent for Android 4.0 and Android 4.1 devices.
