Idea Cellular is all set to launched a new Android Smartphone, Idea Whiz with a 4-inch WVGA display and a 1 GHz dual-core processor. The company launched the AURUS 2, successor of the first AURUS phone recently. Even though this has a larger display and a faster processor, the phone runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) instead of Android 4.1. It has a 5MP auto focus camera with LED flash and a VGA front-facing camera for video calling. It would come with Dual SIM support similar to other Idea smartphones.

The Idea Whiz is priced at Rs. 7850 and is expected to launch soon. It would also come with 3G data benefits and free Idea TV subscription free for the first 3 months with Rs. 261 recharge pack.
