Alleged specifications of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 (GT-5200 (WiFi) GT-5210 (3G)) has surfaced on the GFXBench (previously GLBenchmark). According to these specifications, the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 would come with a 10.1-inch WXGA (1280×800 pixels) display, powered by a 1.6 GHz dual-core Intel Clover Trail+ CPU and PowerVR SGX 544 MP2 GPU. It would run on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. No details about the RAM or the battery yet.
The Tab 3 10.1 surfaced recently on AnTuTu Benchmarks with whopping 24616 points, on-par with the Snapdragon 600 and the Exynos 5 Octa. Sammobile suggests that the device might be an early prototype and the final device might have a high-resolution display (Full HD?).
Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 at the MWC 2012 last year that used a dual-core TI OMAP 4430 chip. This year the company just announced the Note 8.0 at the MWC 2013 earlier this year. Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Tab 3 with a 7-inch display recently, so is clear that the Tab 3 10.1 would be unveiled eventually. Hope the company would reveal the Tab 3 10.1 and few more tablets including the Galaxy Tab 8.0, Galaxy Tab DUOS 7.0 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 11 at the IFA 2013 in September.
