Gionee launched the Elife E3, the company’s latest Android smartphone last month. We brought you the photo gallery of the device recently. Here we have the benchmarks of the device. The phone has a 4.7-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589 processor with PowerVR SGX 544 GPU and runs on Android 4.2.1 (Jelly Bean). We have seen lot of smartphones with a similar chip recently. Let’s see how this performs when compared to other quad-core Android smartphone in the similar range.

The phone scores 4043 points in the Quadrant benchmark and is just behind the Micromax A116.
AnTuTu Benchmark 3.3
The phone scores 12703 in AnTuTu 3.3 Benchmark and holds the 3rd place.
Vellamo 2.0 HTML5
The scores 1439 points in the Vellamo 2.0 HTML5 browser benchmark.
Vellamo 2.0 Metal
It tops the Vellamo 2.0 Metal benchmark with 488 points.
Linpack Single Thread

Even though the phone ends up with low scores in the Linpack single thread benchmark, it performs pretty good in the multi-thread benchmark.
NenaMark 2
It clocks 42.7 fps in the Nenamark 2 GPU benchmark.
GLBenchmark 2.5 Egypt HD (On screen)
In the GLBenchmark 2.5 Egypt the device clocks 12 FPS similar to the Gionee Dream D1 and the Micromax A116 Canvas HD.
Basemark X HD (Onscreen)
Basemark X HD (Offscreen)
Even though the phone clocked just 4.48 FPS in the Basemark X OnScreen benchmark, it scored around 2.3 FPS in the Basemark X OffScreen test. We will bring you the complete review of the device soon.
