The Grand Quattro features a 4.7 inch display with 800 by 480 resolution at 198 ppi pixel density. The Grand Duos features a 5 inch display with the same 800 by 480 resolution at a pixel density of 186ppi. The Grand Quattro has better pixel density and the display is also brighter with rich colors.

Both the phones follows the same design language with chrome strips on the side. Both these phones have a proximity sensor and a front-facing camera, but the Grand Quattro misses the ambient light sensor. The Grand Quattro has a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera whereas the Grand Duos comes with a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.

Both the phones have a hardware home button below the display with backlit buttons for menu and back.

There are no differences in the placement of power button , micro USB slot , volume rocker and the 3.5 mm jack on both devices. Both these have a tiny microphone hole on the bottom.

Camera UI remains the same for both the devices. Grand quattro is equipped with 5-megapixel auto camera with single LED flash. It can record video at a maximum resolution of 480p at 30 fps. The Grand Duos can shoot videos at 1080p full HD resolution at 30 fps.The camera on the grand duos is better. The Grand Quattro has a chrome finish on the speaker grill. Both these phones lack a secondary microphone.

The texture on the Grand Duos is clearly visible while the texture is hardly noticeable on the Grand Quattro.

Both the phones run on Android 4.1.2 with Touchwiz User interface on top. The special features like Multi-Window, Direct Call, Pop up Video play, Ripple effect in lockscreen and S-voice present in Grand Duos are missing in the Grand Quattro. The Grand Quattro is powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 MSM8625Q processor based on Cortex A5 CPU and 1GB of RAM of which 840MB is usable.
