Viber, cross platform VOIP (Voice Over IP) app for Android has been updated to version 3.1 that brings new features including option to send doodles over photos or create drawings, new emoticons, option to see when a message have been viewed by the recipient, support for more languages and lots more. Viber for other mobile platforms go updated to version 3.0 back in May and Viber apps for PCs and Macs were launched. This update also brings support for the Viber Desktop application on Windows and Mac.
