Archos has unveiled its IFA line up early that includes range of Android tablets and a smartphone. The Archos 50 Oxygen smartphone features a full hd display , 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It would be powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor and run on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It would come with 16GB of internal storage.
The new Titanium range of smartphones would have a 4-inch display, dual-SIM support, 5-megapixel rear camera, dual-core processor and run on Android 4.2. These phone would be priced starting at 99 Euors. There would also be new phones in the Platinum range, we have to wait till IFA to know more, says the company.
The Archos 97b Platinum tablet is a direct competitor to the iPad 4, says Archos. It would have a 9.7-inch (2048 x 1536 pixels) display and a aluminum body . The Archos 101xs2 would have a HD IPS screen, stereo speakers on the front and a magnetically attached keyboard. Both rgw Archos 97b and the 101xs2 would be powered by quad-core processors and run on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean)
Archos would release 3 new tablets in the Xenon line with HD screens, 3G and 3G HSPA+ connectivity, quad-core processors and Android 4.2. There Archos GamePad successor with built in game controls, ChildPad tablets with 8 inch and a 10.1 inch display, Android 4.2 and Play Store filtered for kid-friendly content would also be launched.
Archos promises that they would reveal more details about the smartphones and tablets at the IFA 2013 in Berlin, that starts on September 6th.
