Apple announced an event on September 10th few hours back. Now a new video from uploaded by Unbox Therapy shows an iPad shell or digitizer along with the rear casing compared with the iPad 4. The video claims that these are the parts of the 5th-generation iPad. According to the video, the new iPad would be narrower by 15mm and have a slim side bezel similar to the iPad mini. The edges are rounded, different from tapered design of the fourth-gen iPad.
The bezel width is uniform on all four sides and the rear aluminum shell has also been redesigned. The video also reveals a dual loudspeaker ports that suggests that the next-gen iPad would probably adopt the iPad mini’s stereo design.We can’t confirm anything with the video that just shows off the internals.
