LG G2 vs Samsung Galaxy S4

The LG G2 is the company’s latest flagship smartphone that was launched at an event in New York last month, and the Samsung Galaxy S4 is the latest smartphone in the Galaxy S series that was launched earlier this year. The LG G2 is powered by a 2.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 (MSM8974) processor with Adreno 330 GPU, while the Samsung Galaxy S4 is powered by a 1.9 GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 600 / Exynos Octa Processor, here for the comparison we have the Google Play Edition with a Snapdragon 600 processor. Samsung even released the Galaxy S4 LTE-A  with a 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor in select countries. Both these phones run on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). Check out the quick hands on comparison from the IFA.

The LG G2 has a 5.2-inch (1920×1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display with minimal bezel and the Galaxy S4 has a 5-inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) Super AMOLED display. The Samsung Galaxy S4 has a home button and capacitive touch buttons, but the LG G2 relies on on-screen buttons. Both the devices have a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash and Full HD video recording and a 2MP front-facing camera, but the LG G2 comes with OIS support.

Both the devices have 2GB of RAM. The LG G2 comes in 16GB and 32GB variant. The Galaxy S4 comes also in 64GB variant and also comes with expandable up to 64GB in addition to the internal storage. The G2 packs a 3000 mAh battery, while the Galaxy S4 comes with 2600 mAh Battery.
