Among the many Android tablets that Asus introduced at the IFA 2013 in Berlin, the MeMo Pad 8 was one. The Asus MemoPad 8 seems to be budget tablet, powered by a quad-core processor. Do check out our hands-on video below.

The Asus MeMo Pad 8 has a 8 inch display that has a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels giving the display a pixel density of 189ppi. The Memo Pad 8 is powered by a 1.6GHz quad-core MediaTek MT8125 processor, has 1GB RAM and comes with 8 or 16GB internal storage along with a microSD card slot. There is a 5MP camera at the back that records 720p videos and a 1.2MP camera at the front.
There is no SIM card slot available and it comes with only WiFi, Bluetooth and microUSB connectivity. It runs on a near stock Android 4.2.2 Jellybean. It comes with a non-removable Li-Po 3950mAh battery. The Asus Memo Pad 8 is expected be available in Gray, Pink and White.
