Asus announced their Galaxy Note competitor in the form of Asus Fonepad Note 6 back in Computex held during June. The Asus Fonepad Note 6 is a 6inch phablet that comes with a 6inch Full HD display and is powered by an Intel Atom dual-core processor. To be a true Galaxy Note competitor, it comes with a Stylus. Asus Fonepad Note 6 is very big considering the fact that it has a massive 6inch display and not so thin bezels. The new Asus Fonepad 6 is powered by an Intel Atom dualcore processor – Z2580 and has 2GB RAM. It comes with 16/32GB internal storage and there is a microSD card slot available. There is a 8MP camera at the back that is capable of recording 1080p videos and a 1.2MP camera for video calls.
In terms of connectivity, the Fonepad Note 6 has WiFi, WiFi Direct, Bluetooth, NFC, microUSB and GPS. Fonepad Note 6 runs on Android 4.2.2 and comes with a near stock UI expect for some minor UI changes by Asus. It also features a Stylus for better note-taking. There is a 3200mAh non-removable Li-Po battery powering the device.
