Sony DSC QX10 and DSC QX100 Camera Lenses launched in India for Rs. 12990 and Rs. 24990


Sony announced two new camera lenses for the smartphones, Cyber-shot DSC QX10 and DSC QX100 at the IFA 2013 earlier this month. Sony has officially launched these lenses in India today. These connect to Android devices and the iPhone via Wi-Fi and uses the Sony’s PlayMemories Mobile application to capture images.  The DSC-QX10 has 18.2 effective megapixel Exmor R CMOS sensor with Sony G Lens and has 10x optical zoom and the DSC-QX100 has 20.2 effective megapixels Exmor R CMOS sensor with Sony G Lens and has 3.6x optical zoom. These have has Built-in Optical SteadyShot that combats camera shake and lets you captures blur-free videos even in low-light conditions.

The DSC QX10 weighs 105 grams (with battery and Memory Stick Micro) and the QX100 weighs 179 g. These come with a dedicated camera attachment case to attach it to your smartphone. We unboxed the camera lens at the IFA 2013 earlier this month.
