Evernote 7.0.1 update for iPhone and iPad brings Post-it Note Camera, introduces Evernote Market

Evernote introduced the version 7.0 for iOS 7 with a completely redesigned look inspired from simplified look of iOS 7. Now the app has been updated to version 7.0.1 that brings Post-it Note camera that lets you take multiple photos of Post-it Notes to digitize it. This has also introduced Evernote Market in US, Canada and Japan, an online store where they sell products developed by Evernote and their partners. The Post-it Notes packs would also be available in the Market in October.

This update also brings a lot of bug fixes. You need to have the latest iOS7 software on your iPhone and the iPad for this update.

New features in Evernote 7.0.1

  • Post-it Note Camera lets you Snap a photo of a Post-it Note to digitize and enhance your handwritten to-dos and ideas
  • Assign action for each color: electric yellow, limeade, neon pink, and electric blue such as filing the note into a specific notebook, assigning a tag or adding a reminder
  • Automatically assign notebooks, tags and Reminders to different colors of Post-it Notes
  • Add multiple Post-it Note snapshots to a single note
  • Search through handwritten text in images
  • Evernote Market lets you browse our new curated collection of products designed to help you live better and work smarter
