LG launched the LG Optimus G Pro in India back in July. Now a mid-range smartphone, the LG G Pro Lite Dual has surfaced on a Russian website, Hi-Tech Mail.ru. The phone is rumored to feature a 5.5-inch (960 x 540) qHD IPS display, powered by a 1 GHz dual-core processor and run on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean similar to the G Pro. This is also expected to come with dual SIM support with a dedicated SIM switch key similar to the Dual SIM L Series phones.
It is expected to come with a 8-megapixel rear camera, a front-facing camera and pack a 3140 mAh battery similar to the G Pro. This is also likely to come with a Rubberdium stylus which is the first time LG is bundling one with a non-Vu series phone. With a large screen and a powerful battery this might compete with the Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 that was launched in India back in May. However the Mega 5.8 has 1.5GB of RAM and a 1.4 GHz processor.
