Sony MDR-10RNC and MDR-10RBT Headphones launched in India

Sony India has launched two new headphones, the MDR-10RNC with Noise Canceling capabilities and the MDR-10RBT with Bluetooth and NFC support in India. Sony has also launched the 3-in-1 Headphones with MP3 player and built-in speakers priced at Rs. 8,990. The Sony MDR-10RNC has built-in Intelligence Noise Canceling technology that could be enabled by a press of a button. This automatically activates one of three optimal noise canceling modes based on an analysis of ambient noise. It effectively reduces up to 99.4% of ambient noise whether on an airplane, on a train or in an office with Sony’s digital signal processing technology.

The Sony MDR-10RBT has NFC support that lets users can simply tap an NFC-enabled smartphone or tablet to the Bluetooth headset to instantly stream high-quality music or crystal-clear phone calls via Bluetooth. This also has support for aptX and AAC codecs for high quality sound while streaming wirelessly.

The Sony MDR-10RNC Noise Canceling headphones and the Sony MDR-10RBT Bluetooth wireless headphones are priced at Rs. 14,990 each. The Sony MDR-10RNC comes with a carrying pouch and is already available across India, and the Sony MDR-10RBT comes with a carrying case and and a Plug adaptor for in-flight use. It would be available in India at the end of November.
