The LTE-enabled Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2 variant (SM-P900) surfaced at the FCC earlier this month, now the non-LTE variant has been spotted at the FCC. The tablet sketch also reveal a slot for the stylus pen on the top corner. Rumors of the 12.2-inch tablet first surfaced back in June, which was expected in Q3 2013, but it didn’t happen.

Another sketch also reveals the dimensions as 295×204 mm and the front bezel size including the screen is 358mm, which is about 14-inches. The thickness is not available yet. It is rumored to feature a 12.2-inch (2560×1600 pixels) display equipped with IGZO (Indum-Gallium Zinc Oxide) technology and the tablet is expected to feature Bluetooth 4.0 LE and Wi-Fi 802.11ac, according to earlier rumors.

Complete specifications of the tablet is not available yet. Since Samsung’s latest Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) features a 1.9 GHz quad-core Exynos 5 Octa processor and runs on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) along with 3GB of RAM, the international variant of the Note 12.2 is expected to come with similar features. It is also expected to come with a battery larger than the latest Note 10.1 2014 Edition’s 8220 mAh battery. Since both the variants of the tablet have been approved by the FCC, the launch is expected later this year or early 2014.
