It is powered by the Exynos Octa 5420 SoC, Mali-T628 MP6 GPU and 2GB RAM. There is 16/32GB internal storage and expandable storage with a microSD card slot. The build quality of the tablet is quite good. It follows a similar design language of the recent Samsung phones with a plastic front and faux metal rim on the sides. The faux leather back which made its debut on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is seen here as well.
