Samsung has started rolling out the Android 4.4.4 (KitKat) update for the Galaxy Note 3 in India. The Snapdragon-variant of the Note 3 got the Android 4.4.2 update, starting from Poland last week. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 was launched in India back in September last year running on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean). All the new Samsung Galaxy TabPRO tablet series runs on Android 4.4 out of the box.
The build number is N9005XXUENA6 and the firmware build is dated Thu, 14 Jan 2014 13:52:24. Official changelog doesn’t reveal any new features. The update bring minor UI changes and under the hood improvements.

- Full screen music album art in the lockscreen
- Performance improvements and bug fixes
As you can see from the software update image above, the size of the over-the-air (OTA) update is 361.04 MB. The update would gradually roll out worldwide, so it might takes months for the roll out to complete. The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and the Galaxy S3 are rumored to get the KitKat update by March-end.
