Huawei Ascend G700 Benchmarks

Huawei launched the Ascend G700, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in the G Series last month, here we have the benchmarks. It has  a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek 6589 processor with PowerVR SGX 544MP GPU and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) with Huawei’s own Emotion UI on top.  We had already seen several smartphones with similar specifications. Let’s find out how this competes with other devices in a range of synthetic benchmark tests.

Quadrant Benchmark

The Ascend G700 manages to score 4016 points in the Quadrant benchmark.

AnTuTu Benchmark 4

In the AnTuTu Benchmark 4, the Ascend G700 manages to score 13576 points.

Vellamo 2.0 HTML5

It scored 1531 points in the Vellamo 2 HTML5 browser benchmark.

Vellamo 2.0 Metal

It scored 459 points in the Vellamo 2 Metal CPU subsystem performance test.

Linpack Single Thread

It clocked 37.5 MFLOPS in the Linpack single thread benchmark.

Linpack Multi-Thread

It managed to clock 103 MFLOPS in the Linpack Multi-Thread benchmarks.

NenaMark 2

It managed to clock just 42.4 fps in the NenaMark 2 GPU benchmark.

GFXBench 2.7 T-Rex (On screen)

It clocked 4.5 fps in the GFXBench 2.7 T-Rex benchmark.

Basemark X HD (Onscreen)

It managed to clock around 4.4 fps in the Basemark X OnScreen benchmark.

Basemark X HD (Offscreen)

It  clock around 2.3 fps in the Basemark X OffScreen benchmark. We will bring you the complete review of the smartphone soon.
