ZTE preps Grand Memo II, Open C for MWC 2014 alongside its MiFavor 2.3 UI

We have less than a week for one of the most anticipated events of the mobile world – MWC 2014 and ZTE, one of the many Chinese manufacturers has revealed its plans for the MWC 2014. According to ZTE, they will be launching the successor of the original Grand Memo smartphone and they will also be launching their Firefox device – ZTE Open C.

In addition to launching a couple of new devices, they have also mentioned that they will be showing off the next version of their custom UI over Android. The next genration of ZTE II will be called ZTE MiFavor 2.3 an will debut on the ZTE Grand Memo II. The Grand Memo II smartphone will be a 6inch device that is expected to be very slim and will come with LTE support. Details regarding the devices and the software suite are still not known and ZTE is waiting to break them up at the MWC.

We expect 2014 to be our strongest year yet – and we’re putting our customers at the heart of everything we do to help us achieve that, ” Adam Zeng, CEO of ZTE Mobile Devices and Executive Vice President of ZTE Corporation said.

Apart from the new devices, ZTE will be showcasing its series of smartphones that include the Grand S II flagship smartphone, the popular ZTE Blade series, and the Nubia series including the brand new Nubia 5S and Nubia 5S mini.
