LG G Pad 8.3 LTE coming to Verizon on March 6th

LG announced the G Pad 8.3 tablet back in September last year. It introduced the G Pad 8.3  Google Play Edition in December, that we reviewed recently. LG has released the G Pad 8.3 LTE exclusively on Verizon Wireless in the US. Except the LTE support via SIM card slot, other features are similar to the original LG G Pad 8.3. It has a 8-inch (1920 x 1200 pixels)  full HD display, quad-core 1.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and Android Jelly Bean OS.

It has a 5-meapixel rear camera and 1.3-megapixel front facing camera. It has 2 GB RAM, 16GB inbuilt memory with expansion slot and packs a 4600mAh battery.

It has a range of software features including, Slide Aside, to switch between up to three apps by sliding three fingers across the screen, QSlide, to display up to two apps on the screen at once, Q Pair,  to sync the tablet with Android smartphone (running Android 4.1 or higher) to receive notifications for calls, texts and social media updates over Bluetooth.

The LG G Pad 8.3 LTE would go on sale starting March 6th on Verizon for $299.99 online and stores. It is also available for $99.99 with a two-year activation plan till March 10th, after that it would be available for $199.99 with a new two-year plan.
