Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 LTE clears FCC, specs revealed in benchmarks

Earlier this month Samsung accidentally confirmed the Galaxy Tab 4 series in three variants, 10.1, 8.0 and 7.0. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 (SM-T530) and Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 (SM-T330) already clear FCC. Recently the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 (SM-T535), the LTE variant of the tablet has passed through FCC, that confirms LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GSM, W-CDMA and Bluetooth connectivity.

GFXBenchmark listing with model number Samsung SM-T530, SM-T531, SM-T535 reveals 10.6-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) HD display, but this is likely to be 10.1-inch. It would feature a quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor and run Android 4.4 (Kitkat). According to earlier rumors, the tablet was rumored to feature a 8-megapixel and 3-megapixel cameras, but new benchmark listing reveals a 3-megapixel rear camera and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. These also reveal 16GB of internal storage and 1.5 GB of RAM.

Another benchmark listing for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 (SM-T335) confirms the previously rumored 8-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) HD display, quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, Android 4.4 KitKat, 16GB internal storage, 3MP rear and 1.3MP front-facing cameras. This might also be a LTE variant since this is expected to come with 1.5GB RAM.

These tablets were expected at the MWC last month. It is not clear when Samsung plans to unveil the Galaxy Tab 4 series.
