Earlier this week LG confirmed several simultaneous events on May 27th and 28th in different cities worldwide, where the company is expected to unveil the LG G3. The back of the smartphone was leaked recently showing off the rear buttons. Today, more live images of the smartphone got leaked on a Korean website that shows the front part of the phone with ultra-thin side bezels for the first time. Since it has all the buttons on the back, it doesn’t have any buttons on the back.
According to these images, the phone has a glossy back and is curved at the corners. It also shows a similar rear button arrangement and a mystery sensor next to the camera, other than the LED flash. It also shows the micro USB slot, 3.5mm audio jack and a microphone on the bottom.
According to earlier rumors the LG G3 would come with a 5.5-inch (2560 x 1440 pixels) Quad HD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8974 processor (Snapdragon 800 or 801 SoC), 13-megapixel rear camera with OIS+, 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera, 3GB DDR3 RAM, 16GB / 32GB of internal memory variants, expandable memory up to 64GB with microSD and 4G LTE. It is expected to run on the latest Android 4.4.2 (KitKat) with a new Optimus UI.
LG usually reveals details of their flagship smartphones few weeks before the official launch. Hope we can expect more details about the phone soon.
