ING Vysya Bank has launched its ING Vysya Mobile app for Windows Phone users. The app has a unique balance meter that induces customer to keep more balance in the account and remain in the Green Zone. There is also an option to turn off this feature. Other features include, option to scan and store cheque images for future reference, send sms to beneficiary after fund transfer, locate nearest ATM or branch and more.
More than 50% users prefer mobile app, over desktop access, says a survey carried out by the bank among people between the age of 18 and 34. The mobile app has received over 40000 downloads across Android and iOS platforms, says the bank.
