ARCHOS has unveiled 50b Platinum, 45c Platinum Android smartphones, 101 Oxygen Android tablet, 40 Cesium Windows Phone 8 smartphone and the 80 Cesium Windows 8.1 tablet. The ARCHOS 50b Platinum has a 5-inch qHD screen, powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.4.2 (KitKat). It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
It has 3G connectivity, dual SIM support, 512MB RAM, 4GB of internal storage with expansion slot and a 1900 mAh battery. It is priced at 119 GBP, comes with three back coloured cases and would go on sale in September.
The ARCHOS 45c Platinum, a smaller variant of the Archos 45 Platinum has a 4.55-inch FWVGA screen, powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.4.2 (KitKat). It has a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It has 3G connectivity, dual SIM support, 512MB RAM, 4GB of internal storage with expansion slot and a 1700 mAh battery. It is priced at 99 GBP and would go on sale in September.
The ARCHOS 101 Oxygen Android tablet is powered by a quad-core ARM Cortex A17 processor, 1.5 GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. It is priced at 199 GBP and would go on sale in October.
The ARCHOS 40 Cesium smartphone, an affordable smartphone running Windows Phone 8.1 is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor and has a 4-inch display. It is priced at 79 GBP and comes in colored back covers in yellow, blue and black.
The ARCHOS 80 Cesium Windows 8.1 Tablet has a 8-inch ( 1280×800 pixels) IPS screen , powered by quad-core Intel processor. It would be available in October priced at just 129 GBP. The ARCHOS Weather Station that was unveiled at CES earlier this year would be available in September for 99 GBP. The company would showcase all these devices at IFA 2014 next week.
