In a harmless battle of wits, China’s OPPO showcased how it thought it was better than Samsung at making phones… or at least charging tech.
Replying to Samsung’s tweet that read “With Fast Charging on #GALAXYNote4 you can go from zero battery life to 50% in around 30 minutes“, OPPO said “@SamsungMobile With Rapid Charging on #Find7 you can go from 0 to 75% battery in 30 minutes“. OPPO’s reply also included a customary troll face, which this time came in OPPO (green) colours.

OPPO’s Find 7 that we reviewed, comes with Rapid Charging aka VOOC, which allows the device to charge at a fast pace; from 0% to 75% in 30 minutes. This, while the Note 4 does 0-50% in the same time. However, it is worth noticing that there is some difference in the battery capacities as well — the Note 4 comes with a 3220mAh battery whereas the Find 7 features a 3000mAh one, meaning that there’s about 8% of a difference.
The Find 7 launched in China in March this year, while the Note 4 got an unveil only a couple of days back at the ongoing IFA in Berlin.
