Last week Google updated Keep app for Android with Material Design features and few improvements. Today, the note taking app is getting new features.
First up, the app now enables users to share your lists with friends and family, and work on them at the same time. For example you can share your grocery list and work projects and it gets updated in real time.
“Sticky notes on refrigerators were once the preferred way to say, “We’re out of bread – could you pick some up?” Now with Google Keep, not only can you jot down ideas or put together shopping lists, you can also share them with friends and family and work on them at the same time. So next time you create a list, share it on Keep and watch as items get checked off in real time! No need for text messages back and forth—get things done together, quicker.”
posted Google in a company blog.
Moving on, Google Keep now make searching of the notes easier as the app now lets you filter notes by attributes such as color, whether they have been shared, include a reminder, are lists, or include an image or audio clip.
The latest Google Keep update is available for your Android phones (Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich and above). You can download the app from Google Play Store.
