Motorola’s batwing logo is turning 60. The iconic logo that was introduced on June 19th 1955 was designed by Morton Goldsholl Design Associates in Chicago. To celebrate the 60th anniversary, Motorola is running a contest in India.
You can participate in the contest by simply simply visiting the microsite and share your creation using the hashtag #MyMotoLogo. As the name suggests participants will need to think of a unique logo to create, and submit the entry either through Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram, or they can submit the entry at mymotologo.com. The logos submitted will be evaluated on the basis of creativity and design innovation. Six lucky winners will get a chance to win a Moto X each with their very own customised #mymotologo on it along with some personalised goodies. Motorola is running this contest for 10 days, which comes to an end June 25th and is only open to India citizens.
