Xiaomi launched the Mi Note in Singapore and Malaysia recently. Today the company has announced a partnership with Uber that will let Uber riders in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur to order the Mi Note smartphone using the Uber app on-demand during an exclusive pre-launch flash sale on July 27th. The Mi Note is priced at S$ 569 in Singapore and RM1549 in Malaysia.
To order a Mi Note, Uber users can use the slider at the bottom of the screen to select Xiaomi (which shows Xiaomi-orange colored Uber cars on the map equipped to deliver the new smartphone), and hit request. Payment will be charged directly to the credit card tied to the account and a Mi Note will be delivered to the user within a few minutes.
To remind you, the Mi Note has a 5.7-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display with 386 PPI resolution with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, 2.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor with Adreno 330 GPU, 3GB RAM, 16GB internal memory, MIUI on top of Android 4.4 (KitKat), Dual SIM support, 13MP rear camera with dual-tone LED Flash, 4K video recording, 4MP front-facing camera, 4G LTE , WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4/5 GHz), WiFi Direct, Bluetooth 4.1,GPS and a 3000mAh built-in battery.
