Samsung launched the Galaxy J2, the company’s 4G smartphone in the J series in India last month for Rs. 8490, here we have its unboxing. It comes with Ultra Data Saving mode powered by Opera Max that let users to allow and block individual apps from using mobile data and save data by enabling data optimization. Ultra Data Saving mode promises up to 50% savings in data across all the content and most apps.

The Galaxy J2 has a 4.7-inch (960 x 540 Pixels) qHD Super AMOLED display, is powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core Exynos 3475 processor and runs on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) OS with Samsung own UI on top. It has a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, f/2.4 aperture and Samsung’s signature home button below the display. It has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage with expansion slot that accepts microSD cards up to 128GB.
