Google launched the Huawei-made Nexus 6P smartphone in India back in October. We have already seen the unboxing and benchmarks of the smartphone, here we have the battery life test results. The Nexus 6P has a 3450mAh built-in battery, comes with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 support and also comes bundled with a fast charger. It has a 5.7-inch Quad HD AMOLED display, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 810 processor and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). Check out the test results below.
Talk Time
It lasted for 33 hours and 18 minutes in our talk time test, almost similar to the Moto X Style.
3G Browsing
It lasted for 4 hours and 46 minutes in our 3G browsing test, similar to the Galaxy S6, even though it packs a huge battery.
WiFi Browsing
It lasted for 5 hours and 15 minutes in our WiFi Browsing test and lies behind the Galaxy S6.
Video Playback
It lasted for 8 hours and 20 minutes in our video playback test, which is not impressive compared to other flagships.
It achieved a One Charge Rating of 13 hours and 18 minutes, mainly due to brilliant talk time. It is definitely better than the Nexus 5X’s rating of 8 hours and 22 minutes. Check out our battery test procedure to know more about our tests in detail.
