Polaroid introduced Snap Android smartphone at CES 2016. We are live at the event and got our hands-on the phone. So let’s take a look at the hardware and specs of the phone.
The Polaroid Snap comes in 5-inch, 5.5-inch, 6-inch variants with a (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display. Running Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop), the phone is upgradable to Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). It is powered by a Quad-Core processor and comes with 1GB RAM, 8GB storage and 2GB RAM, 16GB storage options while the expandable memory is up to 32GB with microSD.
At the front, the phone has a 5MP front-facing camera with LED flash, earpiece at the center along with usual set of sensors.
There are three capacitive touch buttons below the display.
There is a 13MP rear camera with dual LED Flash. A 3.5mm audio jack is present on the top and a micro USB port at the bottom. The power button and volume rockers are present on the right side.
The loudspeaker grill is present at the lower back.
The Polaroid Snap supports connectivity options like 4G LTE, WiFi b/g/n Bluetooth 4.0, GPS. It comes in pink, blue, black and white colors, is priced between $129.99 (Rs. 8700 approx.) and $179.99 (Rs. 12045 approx.) and will be available through EVINE Live in February.
