HTC One M10 storage options surface, officials hint at compelling camera experience

Just yesterday, HTC teased its upcoming flagship smartphone, the One M10  with the tagline Power of 10, along with an image that shows the metal edges of the phone. Now, some details about the phone’s storage and camera have surfaced from a popular tipster and a company official.

HTC One M10 teaser

First up, reliable leakster @LlabTooFeR has stated via a tweet that the One M10 will come in three storage options – 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB. He further mentioned in the tweet that the availability of these storage options will depend on the markets. Moving on, HTC’s Chief Financial Officer Chialin Chang told CNET that the camera on the next phone from the company will be improved. “We can confidently say that HTC will have a very, very compelling camera experience. We’re making this comment after we’ve seen what’s going on in the market”, Chang told the publication.

A different leak from the @LlabTooFeR earlier this month said that the HTC One M10 will use the same 12.3MP 1.55um Sony IMX377 sensor that is present in the Nexus 6P and the Nexus 5X smartphones. It will also have Laser Auto Focus, Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF) and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). It is expected to come with a dual-tone LED flash. HTC has been receiving some criticism in case of the camera performance and it looks like this will change with its upcoming One M10 flagship.  Last week the One M10 had surfaced in white color variant with metal edges.
