Last week Xiaomi announced the Redmi Note 4 in China. Now details of the Mi Note 2 have surfaced online.
We have already seen a couple of leaks and reports of the Mi Note 2 and now screenshots and alleged renders of the device have been shared by popular tipster @Kjuma on Weibo. As per the leak, the Mi Note 2 is expected to sport a 5.5 inch curved display and come in two variants – 1080p resolution and QHD. The screenshot with specification of the phone shows Snapdragon 821 processor and 6GB RAM.
The images suggest the phone will have a metal body design and dual rear cameras. There is a possibility that a finger print sensor will be baked into the physical home button at the front.
As per previous reports, the Mi Note 2 is expected to feature 4000mAh battery, fast charging support, and ‘3D Touch’ display. It may come in three variants viz, 4GB RAM/32GB, 6GB RAM/ 64GB and 6GB RAM/128GB storage costing 2,499 yuan ($375/ Rs. 25277), 2,999 yuan ($450/ Rs. 30333), and 3,499 yuan ($525/ Rs. 35388) respectively.
There is no official word from Xiaomi about the Mi Note 2 until now but the company is expected to announce it soon.
