We have just 3 more days for Xiaomi to unveil its flagship Mi 5S smartphone. After confirming dual rear cameras for the Mi 5S, Xiaomi today confirmed that it will feature a ceramic body. It is not clear if this will have both glass and ceramic variants like the Mi 5.
Xiaomi CEO has Lei Jun has shared some camera samples from the Mi 5S taken using its dual cameras on weibo. Full images have 8-megapixel resolution and f/2.2 aperture, which could be due to some mode using dual lenses.

The company’s president Lin Bin has shared some images on weibo from the Mi 5S Plus that confirms the existence of the premium version of the smartphone, which is rumored to pack a 5.7-inch Quad HD screen, 6GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.
According to recent rumors, the Xiaomi Mi 5S is expected to be priced at 1999 yuan (US$ 299 / Rs. 20,040 approx.) for the 6GB RAM with 64GB variant and the Mi 5S Plus with 6GB RAM and 256GB internal storage is rumored to cost 2999 yuan (US$ 449 / Rs. 30070 approx.).
