Xiaomi unveiled the Redmi 3 smartphone back in January this year and introduced the Redmi 3s smartphone in June. Now it is all set to introduce Redmi 4 and a cheaper Redmi 4A smartphones in China soon. The Redmi 4 and the Redmi 4A has been certified by TENAA and the Redmi 4 has also been listed online in China. Both these have a fingerprint sensor on the back, run MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) and are powered by Snapdragon SoCs.

The Xiaomi Redmi 4 is expected to come in Silver, Gray and Gold colors and is said to be priced 999 yuan (US$ 147 / Rs. 9810 approx.), while the Redmi 4A / 4A Prime are expected to come in Gold and Rose Gold colors and could be priced about 599 yuan (US$ 88 / Rs. 5880 approx.).
