LG is all set to unveil its upcoming LG G6 smartphone at the end of this month. We already know about some specs of the phone and now a set of live images from 9to5Google shows front and back of the phone.
One of live image shows the ‘always on display’ that will highlight the time, date, and battery percentage at all times. We have already seen this feature on Motorola and Samsung phones. Moreover, the image also offers a good look at the curved edges on the phone that sports narrow side bezels. The front camera, earpiece and sensors are also seen on top while the LG branding is present below the display. Meanwhile, the second live image shows back of the phone that features the dual rear camera setup. A fingerprint sensor is situated just below the dual camera setup.
The G6 will come with LG UX 6.0 specifically customized to maximize the advantages of the device’s expansive FullVision display. LG already confirmed that the LG G6 will use LG Display’s 5.7-inch (1440 × 2880 pixels) QHD+ LCD panel with a 18:9 aspect ratio with 564 PPI and narrow bezels.
Finally, the report also stated the G6 will come with a Snapdragon 821 SoC, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable storage, and a 3,200 mAh battery. It will also feature a 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC (digital to analog converter). The LG G6 with UX 6.0 will be introduced at MWC 2017 in Barcelona in Spain on February 26.
