What we expect to see from Nokia at MWC 2017
- Refreshed Nokia 3310
Early rumours for the upcoming Nokia 3310 refresh suggest that the company will bring back features like swappable faceplates to the iconic design. Of course, it’ll also pack modernities like a color screen and a slimmer shell all of which should make it a more compelling device while also retaining the nostalgia associated with the phone. Priced low enough, we can see a lot of people picking this up as a secondary device.
- Nokia 8 Flagship Smartphone
The big one will of course be the Nokia 8 which is the company’s entry into the flagship category. Early leaks and rumours indicate that the phone will pack a Snapdragon 835 processor though it remains to be seen if this comes true since Samsung is believed to have bought out most of the first run production. Expect some interesting innovation on the camera front and high end specifications including a QHD display and 6GB of RAM.
