Gionee today introduced Gionee A1, the company’s latest selfie-focused smartphone in India. The main highlight of the smartphone is its 16-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture, 1/3.06″ sensor, selfie flash and face beauty features. It packs a 5.5-inch 1080p 2.5D curved glass display, is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P10 processor and has 4GB of RAM. It was introduced at the MWC 2017 last month along with the A1 Plus.
It has a Aircraft-grade unibody metal design and packs a 4010mAh battery with support for fast charging that lets you charge the phone fully in less than 2 hours with 18W charger.

The Gionee A1 comes in Gray, Black and Gold colors and will be available for pre-order starting March 31. Gionee has not announced the price of the smartphone in India yet, which will be revealed closer to the availability.
[Update: Gionee has confirmed that the smartphone will cost Rs. 19,999 in India.
