Apple has officially announced updated lineup of MacBook and MacBook Pros with 7th- generation Intel Kaby Lake processors.
The MacBook now support up to 1.3 GHz Core i7 with Turbo Boost up to 3.6 GHz and up to 50 percent faster SSD, and supports up to twice the memory. It weighs two pounds (900 grams approx.) and measures 13.1mm thin.
Meanwhile, the 13-inch MacBook Pro features Kaby Lake processors up to 3.5 GHz Core i7 with Turbo Boost up to 4.0 GHz, and the 15-inch MacBook Pro goes up to 3.1 GHz Core i7 with Turbo Boost up to 4.1 GHz. The 15-inch MacBook Pro now comes standard with more powerful discrete graphics with more video memory. Apple also updated the 13-inch MacBook Air with a 1.8 GHz processor.
The 12-inch MacBook now starts at $1,299, the 13-inch MacBook Pro with function keys starts at $1,299 or $1,799 with Touch Bar. The 15-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar starts at $2,399. The updated MacBook and MacBook Pro are available to order today on apple.com, and will be available to buy in Apple Stores starting on Wednesday, June 7.
