Razer announces Pokémon Pikachu true wireless earbuds with Pokeball-shaped charging case


Razer, the company known for its gaming products has now unveiled a unique audio product in China – Razer Pokémon Pikachu true wireless earbuds that come with a Pokeball-shaped charging box and this comes after both Razer and Poken collaborated for the launch of a range of accessories including keyboard, mousepad, etc.

The Pokémon Pikachu true wireless earbuds come in an all yellow-colour option and sport AirPods-like design with Pikachu logo on the touchpad. The earbuds connect through Bluetooth 5.0, feature a 13mm driver unit, is IPX4 rated and is said to feature a low latency of 60ms. It does not feature active noise cancellation, but the silicone earbuds provide passive noise cancellation.

The unique selling point of this product is the unique Pokeball-shaped charging box that has a LED indicator at the centre which indicates the juice left. Furthermore, the earbuds themselves will last about 3 hours in a single charge and with the Pokeball-shaped charging box, it lasts up to 15 hours.

Pricing and Availability

Razer Pokémon Pikachu true wireless earbuds is priced at 899 yuan (US$ 120 / Rs. 9714 approx.) and will be available in China starting April 16th, 2020. There is no information on the global availability of this product yet.
