relame just launched the realme X7 5G, the company’s latest mid-range 5G smartphone in India, as it had promised. It has a 6.43-inch Full HD+ Samsung Super AMOLED screen with 60Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate, DC Dimming, 90.8% screen-to-body ratio, in-display fingerprint scanner and a 16-megapixel camera on the front. It is the first phone in India to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC that supports dual 5G, comes with up to 8GB of RAM and support for 5G SA/NSA and Android 10 with realme UI, which is upgradable to Android 11 with realme UI 2.0 in the future.
The phone features a 64-megapixel rear camera along with an 8-megapixel 119° ultra-wide sensor, a 2-megapixel 4cm macro camera. The phone comes in Space Silver model that uses Super-thick Metal indium coating, and AG shower coating offering a mirror-grade reflectiveness and a delicate, frosted texture. The Nebula variant uses non-spectral gradient colours. The multilayered colour effect is created by shattering and rearranging natural colours using a unique diaphragm design to produce a nebula-like colour gradient.
The phone packs a 4310mAh battery with support for 50W fast charging that can charge up to 50% in 18 minutes and up to 100% in 47 minutes, but comes with a 65W charger in the box.

The realme X7 5G comes in Space Silver and Nebula colours, is priced at Rs. 19,999 for the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version and the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs Rs. 21,999. It will be available from Flipkart and realme.com and offline stores from February 12th. It also launched real Upgrade Program in partnership with Flipkart that lets you get the phone by paying only 70% of the cost. One year later you can pay remaining to retain the phone or upgrade the phone with the latest X series flagship for 70% of the cost.
